It all started in 1996 when Steve and Julie decided after 23 years of working in restaurants to open their own. The original location was opened on Five Mile just west of Haggerty rd, the former Silverman’s. After taking over the restaurant our kitchen was completely changed to add more stoves, grills and ovens to accommodate the menu items that are made from scratch. Today, Steve’s Family Dining is being run by son’s Danny and David. They have taken the reigns from Steve and are still providing an inviting and casual atmosphere, while simultaneously offering authentic and tasty cuisine using fresh ingredients. Steve’s has been enticing regulars with the simple allure of freshly prepared meals and impeccable service since our opening.
